Structured Self-Assessment

NeuroPhysiological Recovery Index

A structured estimate of your autonomic recovery capacity — how effectively your nervous system returns to baseline after sustained cognitive, emotional and physical load. As you answer, the tool builds your six-dimension profile in real time, then models where recovery is constrained and where it is most responsive.

Method & Limitations

The index is a weighted composite of six dimensions scored from your responses, with adjustments for compounding interactions (for example, impaired sleep co-occurring with low stress adaptation attenuates recovery more than either alone). Projections are behavioural models, not guarantees, and assume no untreated medical condition. This tool is educational; it is not a diagnostic device, and a high or low score neither rules in nor rules out any health condition. If your results concern you, discuss them with a qualified physician.

Review your index with a practitioner.

Soma Mukherjee reads profiles like this one every week. A free 30-minute class will tell you whether your limiting pattern responds to breath, sleep architecture work, or something structural — before you commit to anything.
