Understand your patterns and learn short breath practices for moments of pressure.

An eight-week, one-to-one programme for people who have stopped noticing how much tension they carry through the day.
A structured programme of breath, movement, and deep guided rest—built around your real working week, not an idealised routine.

Three dimensions. Thirty seconds. You'll see the compound effect — and what it means for your nervous system.
Your combination of high mental demand, limited genuine recovery, and how long it has gone on adds up to more than any single factor alone.
Your profile suggests the highest-impact weeks will be:
This programme may be a good fit if you finish the day tired but unable to settle, wake already braced for what is next, or find that even quiet time feels strangely busy.
In your bodyJaw, shoulders, breath, or stomach stay quietly tense.
At workSmall demands take more from you than they used to.
After workThe day follows you home, into meals, sleep, and conversation.
Stress is not only a thought. It is also a pattern in the body: a shorter breath, a braced posture, an attention that stays alert long after a demand has passed. Over time, this can make it difficult to recognise a genuine pause.
If your weeks feel like this circle, nothing is wrong with you — the loop simply has no natural exit. The programme builds one.
Stress Reset follows a specific sequence: Regulate → Restore → Resurge. This is not a motivational framework — it is the order in which the body can actually recover.
Regulate comes first, because clear thinking is simply not available while the body is in high alert. So we start with the breath — short, practical techniques that settle the body in about a minute, and can be used anywhere: between meetings, before a difficult conversation, after a stressful email.
Restore follows, because a settled brain then needs real recovery — not scrolling, not caffeine. Deep guided rest (Yoga Nidra) gives the brain the kind of restoration it usually only gets in deep sleep, and gentle movement helps the mind rebuild what months of stress have worn down.
Resurge is what becomes possible after the first two. Focus returns. Decisions get better. Patience comes back. Not through willpower — through a nervous system that finally has the capacity to support you again.
The programme follows four simple phases. Each is adapted in conversation, so the practice stays useful in your real week.
Before any technique, we establish exactly where your body is — through its real signals: your breathing, resting heart rate, tension patterns, sleep, and the times of day you crash and rally. Most clients have carried symptoms so long — the jaw tension, the shallow breathing, the 3pm collapse — that they no longer notice them. By the end of Week 1, you have a clear, honest baseline to build on.
The breath is the one part of the body's stress system you can steer directly — which makes it the fastest lever you have. This week you learn two techniques: a quick one-minute reset built for real life (between meetings, before a difficult conversation, after a stressful email), and a slower, deeper practice for when you have five to ten minutes and want a proper reset.
Your muscles have been holding a defensive posture for months — the jaw, neck, shoulders, and lower back carry the memory of sustained stress, and that held tension keeps telling the brain to stay on guard. This week we teach the body to let go, using gentle supported movement and effortless resting postures that send the brain a different signal: you are safe, you can stand down.
Scrolling is not recovery. Caffeine is not recovery. They are stimulation layered on top of exhaustion. This week you learn deep guided rest — a practice that gives the brain the kind of restoration it usually only gets in deep sleep — and receive a personalised recording made for you. Twenty minutes in the mid-afternoon dip does more for a tired mind than anything else short of sleep. Most clients call this the turning point.
Tired all day, wired at midnight — that inverted pattern means your body clock has drifted. This week we restructure your day to correct it: morning sunlight within the first hour of waking to sharpen your mornings, an energising breath practice to start the day without caffeine, and evening practices timed so that sleepiness arrives when it should. Your rhythm starts following your biology instead of your calendar.
By Week 6, the basic tools are established. Now we strengthen them, with deeper breath practices that make recovery faster and more reliable — including gentle humming and sound-based techniques that calm the body in a way that has to be felt to be believed. The goal is not to eliminate stress; it is to shrink the time between getting rattled and getting back to yourself, from hours to minutes.
Decision fatigue, short tempers, and thoughts that loop at night — by Week 7 the body is steadier, which makes it possible to work with the mind. This week draws on proven techniques from stress therapy: learning to watch stressful thoughts without getting pulled in, letting go of the pressure to "do recovery right", and quieting the mind's tendency to replay the day. The body work of Weeks 1–6 is what makes this stick.
Week 8 is not a conclusion — it is the design of an ongoing system. Everything you have learned is distilled into a personal daily practice that takes under 30 minutes: a short morning start, a midday recovery pause, and a brief evening close. It fits a real professional schedule and needs no studio, no equipment — just a wall, a chair, and the willingness to give your body 30 minutes of what it needs instead of what your inbox demands.

"She has helped me and many of my friends to take our fitness to a level we did not imagine before we started. Think of this — would you attempt and complete a half marathon in your late fifties when you had never done running in your life? Training and learning from her is fun, rewarding and a lifelong relationship."
