Body Breath Well collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, and personalize wellness recommendations.

Information We Collect

When you use this website, you may choose to share your name, email address, session preferences, and booking notes.

Wellness self-check answers are scored entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted anywhere unless you explicitly ask us to send them: the results page offers an optional "email me my full profile" step with a consent checkbox that is never pre-ticked. Only if you tick it and submit are your scores and answers sent to us. If you do not, your answers never leave your device.

Booking, corporate and consultation requests are submitted from the website to our own mail endpoint on this domain, and delivered to Soma by email at the address you provide.

How We Use Information

We use your information to schedule consultations, understand your wellness goals, recommend relevant programmes, and improve the service experience.

Sensitive Wellness Information

Wellness, counselling, and health-related information — including anything you write in a booking note or a self-check — is treated as sensitive personal data. It is used only to respond to the request you made, is never shared or sold, and is never sent to analytics. Our analytics events carry event names, page names and counts only; the contents of any form field or assessment answer are excluded by design.

Third-Party Services

Email delivery is handled by our hosting provider (Hostinger). Analytics uses Google Analytics 4, loaded only as described below. Sessions are held on Zoom. Scheduling and payment providers may be added in future; each has its own privacy practices.

Cookies and Analytics

Analytics cookies are used to understand how the site is used. On our German, French and Spanish sites no analytics is loaded at all until you accept it — nothing is set, requested or recorded before you choose. Elsewhere analytics loads by default and you can decline at any time using the banner, which stops any further collection. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.

Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct or complete it, or erase it. We collect data only for the specific purpose you provided it for — responding to your request — and do not use it for anything else or keep it longer than needed for that purpose. Consent is asked for explicitly and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.

If you are in the EU or EEA, the same rights apply under the GDPR, together with the rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Retention

Enquiry and booking emails are kept for as long as needed to provide the service you asked about and to meet any legal or accounting obligation, and are deleted on request where no such obligation applies.
