You sleep, but you don’t rest.
A practical six-week plan to help your evenings feel calmer, your body feel less wired, and your sleep routine feel easier to return to.
For people who are tired of being tired.
Sleep can become difficult when a demanding day never properly ends. You may be physically tired but mentally alert, or you may sleep for long enough and still wake depleted. Sleep Restore starts by noticing the pattern beneath that experience—your routines, body tension, evening stimulation, and the pressure you may have begun to place on sleep itself.
A clear plan, tailored to you.

Where is your sleep right now?
This is a reflection tool, not a medical diagnosis.
A calmer night is built before bedtime.
The programme brings together breathwork, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and practical behavioural strategies. These are not used as a quick fix. The practices are sequenced so that you first understand what is keeping you activated, then build tools for the body, routine, and mind.
You will practise slow breathing to create a clearer transition out of work mode, supported postures to ease physical tension, guided rest to make recovery familiar again, and simple rhythm changes that help your days support your nights. The aim is a routine you can actually continue after the six weeks.
Read more about the approach
Breath: We begin with mechanics before technique. Many people discover that their breath has become quick, high in the chest, or closely tied to work stress. The practice is not about controlling yourself perfectly; it is about having a gentle cue that signals the end of one part of the day and the beginning of another.
Body: A mind can be ready to stop while the jaw, shoulders, lower back, or hips are still holding the day. Restorative shapes use support so that effort can reduce rather than become another task to perform. You will learn what feels useful for your own body and what can be done with ordinary things at home.
Mind and rhythm: Sleep often becomes harder once we start monitoring and fearing it. Alongside guided rest, the programme looks at the habits and thoughts that add pressure at night: irregular timing, late stimulation, trying too hard to sleep, or treating a difficult night as evidence that tomorrow is already lost. The aim is a more forgiving, dependable relationship with rest.
Six weeks. One layer at a time.
Week 1Understand your current pattern
We map your sleep timing, night waking, morning state, and evening habits, alongside the practical conditions around sleep: light, screens, temperature, noise, and comfort. You begin with diaphragmatic breathing and a simple self-monitoring practice so you can recognise what your system is asking for.
Week 2Use breath to downshift
Learn structured breathing practices with an emphasis on a slower, longer exhale. The point is to have a clear, repeatable response when your mind starts running at night—not to force sleep. We also look at nasal breathing and which habits may be making settling harder.
Week 3Release physical tension
Use supported restorative shapes, including legs-up-the-wall and gentle twists, to make the body feel less defended at the end of the day. You build a 20-minute evening sequence with cushions, a blanket, and a wall—simple enough to use at home.
Week 4Build a guided-rest practice
Receive your own 20-minute Yoga Nidra audio, recorded in Soma’s voice. You learn how to use it at night and as a short recovery practice during the day, then refine it according to the way your body and attention respond.
Week 5Make your days support your nights
Refine light exposure, movement, caffeine timing, and your wind-down sequence so the rhythm of your day supports rest. The goal is not perfection; it is to make the calmer option easier and more consistent.
Week 6Reduce the pressure around sleep
Work with the worry and unhelpful patterns that can make bedtime feel like a test. You practise ways to step back from sleep anxiety and leave with a clear plan for difficult nights, including what to do when you wake at 3am.

What people ask before enrolling.
Can I do this alongside prescribed medication?
Usually, the practices can sit alongside existing care. Do not start, stop, or change prescribed medication without guidance from your clinician. If you have loud snoring, gasping or breathing pauses in sleep, or severe daytime sleepiness, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional first.
What if it does not feel like the right fit?
The free class is where you can discuss your situation before committing. In the first two weeks, you and Soma review how the programme is landing and whether another kind of support would be more appropriate.
